About the role
- Oversee the production of functional test hardware solutions with functional teams, from design and development to validation and implementation.
- Coordinate the mechanical and thermal solutions for new test platforms and future products in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Assess the test platform for new products in the QT line and facilitate a swift transition to overseas production.
- Enhance the manufacturing testing process with collaboration from CMs and global teams.
- Technically coordinate test fixture and platform automation with suppliers, contract manufacturers, and the global team.
- Provide detailed procedures, documents, and technical support as needed.
Requirements
- Master's degree (or equivalent experience) in Electrical, Mechanical, Materials, or related fields/equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience
- Extensive experience and expertise in functional test hardware, including design, development, validation, and implementation
- Experience in the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of functional test hardware for production
- Strong knowledge of board manufacturing flow, proven test hardware capabilities, and extensive experience with successful results
- Expert communication, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Strong teamwork abilities, excellent analytical skills, and good work habits are essential
- Independent and capable of completing tasks with minimal supervision.
