About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Analyze global cybersecurity regulations and legal mandates, converting compliance standards into technical specifications and engineering rules
- Optimize, adapt, and scale Secure Product Development Lifecycle processes across software, firmware, and hardware pipelines
- Lead end-to-end security evaluations and certification initiatives
- Conduct technical reviews and work with lab evaluators and engineering teams
- Implement automation frameworks and agentic AI workflows for compliance tracking, evidence collection, and security verification
- Partner with Hardware, Software, Product Management, and Legal teams
- Align technical roadmaps with evolving international security standards and improve product security compliance readiness
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive background in secure product and system development lifecycle frameworks
- Knowledge of risk management standards and global security regulatory trends
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in security engineering, product security governance, or secure development programs
- Practical expertise with secure development lifecycles, threat modeling, risk engineering, and hardware/software security practices
- Ability to analyze system architectures, low-level firmware, and codebases
- Experience leading hardware, firmware, or software products through third-party security evaluations, testing, or formal validations
- Ability to write code and build automation scripts, AI workflows, or tooling
- Strong communication and engineering collaboration skills
- Experience with EU CRA or GDPR conformity assessment regimes, hardware and embedded systems security, or FIPS 140-3/Common Criteria validations is advantageous
