About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Engineering, Infrastructure, Software teams and leadership to drive critical AI capacity enablement and management programs
- Develop and mature foundational DGX Cloud capabilities and processes, including cluster/capacity bring-up and maintenance
- Gather technical requirements and develop comprehensive roadmaps
- Drive breakthroughs and ensure adherence to NVIDIA’s Product Lifecycle (PLC) process
- Use Jira and other program management platforms to structure engineering deliverables
- Collaborate internally and externally to understand partner capabilities, connect them to NVIDIA reference architectures, and drive execution
- Drive adoption of third-party and in-house solutions for deployments, support, security, compliance, and observability
- Establish metrics and KPIs to quantitatively demonstrate program value and impact
- Identify, resolve, and mitigate risks and issues affecting scope, schedule, and quality
- Develop and execute communication strategies, including regular presentations to NVIDIA executive leadership
- Promote continuous improvement and process improvements within cloud infrastructure operations
Requirements
What you’ll need- 10+ years of technical program management experience driving planning and execution of large-scale engineering programs, especially software engineering projects in a matrixed organization
- Extensive hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, preferably from a major Cloud Service Provider (CSP), including AI/ML
- Expert-level proficiency with Jira, Smartsheet, or similar program management tools
- Ability to guide engineering teams in effective tool use and execution within an Agile/Scrum framework
- Exceptional strategic and tactical thinking abilities
- Ability to build consensus and drive program success
- Comfort and effectiveness in ambiguous environments
- Excellent communication and technical presentation skills for executive audiences
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of NVIDIA GPU products, including deployment and bring-up
- Understanding of cloud technologies such as Kubernetes, API integration, and Terraform
- Familiarity with productivity tools and process automation
- Familiarity with cloud-native product/services environments and AI/ML infrastructure and cloud/services
