About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive development and execution of functional, regression, and stress testing for networking and GPU technologies within OEM server environments
  • Lead hands-on debugging, firmware validation, and isolation of complex system-level issues for new server generations and fast-release programs
  • Integrate hardware and software components into an architecture that automates end-to-end testing scenarios for packaging and deployment
  • Act as a technical lead in weekly issue scrubs to resolve manufacturing blockers, hardware diagnostics failures, and customer partner concerns
  • Provide onsite technical support for hardware/software problems
  • Maintain lab systems to ensure platform readiness
  • Serve as the technical link connecting OEM Engineering with NVIDIA product units
  • Validate and troubleshoot NVIDIA networking technologies, including NICs, DPUs, switches, cables, and DOCA software, for OEM server platforms

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BS in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of relevant professional experience
  • Deep knowledge of high-speed protocols, switch configuration, and hardware interfaces including PCIe, RDMA/RoCE, I2C, SPI, UART, and I2S
  • Practical experience with OEM server hardware
  • Familiarity with OEM-specific release processes and software packaging
  • Proven ability to perform deep-level firmware validation
  • Independent problem-solving for complex system-level issues
  • Strong interpersonal skills to work across NVIDIA and OEM engineering teams
  • Ability to provide technical training to partners
  • Proficiency in InfiniBand, GPU, ARM development, Linux systems, and Python programming
  • Knowledge of DOCA, CUDA, PCIe, Ethernet, and communication protocols
  • Experience working with OEMs in Data Center, HPC, or Edge computing environments
  • Familiarity with NVIDIA drivers and LinkX cables
  • Advanced degree or equivalent industry experience with familiarity with machine learning workloads
