About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide executive support to the extended leadership team as needed within the revenue leading organization
  • Planning, organizing, and balancing multiple global calendars with appropriate attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Coordinate all travel arrangements and itineraries
  • Handling and balancing expense reports and purchase requisitions submissions
  • Develop and manage meeting agendas, cadence activities, communications
  • Manage cross-functional projects and track progress against milestones
  • Analyse business data and prepare executive reports and insights
  • Prioritize and manage content collection and contribution for presentations, meetings, and communications

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience working at an Executive Assistant level across EMEA
  • B.S./B.A degree or equivalent experience
  • Standout colleague with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility and the ability to change directions quickly
  • Ability to take initiative and exercise good judgment, discretion, and confidentiality in all tasks
  • Available to travel to the London site 2–3 days per week
  • Able to leverage AI tools to streamline workflows, improve efficiency, and scale task management
