About the role
- Manage exciting SW Releases for leading FW, SDK and NOS Switch products
- Ensure the release is delivered on time and in high quality
- Partner with Engineering, Operations, Architecture and Marketing to coordinate product releases
- Conduct release meetings and communicate release status
- Collaborate with teams across the globe to drive process changes that improve development workflow
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science or industrial Engineering
- Proven experience as a Release manager or SW project leadership with 5+ years of overall experience
- Great interpersonal skills with multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical thinking and critical thinking abilities
- Experience in leading global projects
- Proficiency with tools such as MS Excel, Atlassian Confluence, Redmine, Jira, TFS
