About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- You will be working closely with compiler development and verification engineers across the globe on tasks related to: Improving automated build pipelines and processes, of compiler system software for NVIDIA processors.
- Developing DevOps tools and workflows, using Nvidia proprietary and other innovative technologies to help build better CI/CD workflows.
- Crafting efficiency and usability improvements across Nvidia proprietary products that will help streamline various release workflows across Nvidia.
- Be in the critical path supporting thousands of developers as well as intimately understanding the values of predictability, automation and reliability.
- Propose enhancements based on safety, compliance and other requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor/Master’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent experience
- 3+ years' work experience in software development or DevOps organization.
- Proficiency in Docker, Jenkins (Groovy), GitLab CI/CD, Artifactory, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Proficiency in version control systems (e.g. Perforce, Git)
- Have experience using GNU Make, CMake, Bazel, or other build tools
- Programming skills: Python, Perl, or Bash
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Experience writing and maintaining complex software build systems.
- Ability to self-manage, lead technically, and communicate optimally
