Senior Developer Relations Manager – AI Algorithms, Datasets, Benchmarks

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Understand China researcher and developer communities
- Analyzing the technical requirement, identify needle moving projects
- Bridge NVIDIA tools with communities' requirements
- Promote NVIDIA tools, libraries, and SDK’s with China researcher and developer communities, ISV and Service Providers
- Deep understanding of AI algorithms, datasets, and benchmarks, including reinforcement learning for post-training;
- Discover new workflows, identify blockers to ISV adoption, and report back to the product teams
- Drive early adoption of new products and support launch and go-to-market activities
- Collaborate with NVIDIA business development managers, solution architects, developer technology engineers, developer marketing, product teams to engage with customers and communities
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS, MS, PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Electronics, or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 4+ years of work-related experience (AI algorithms, datasets, and benchmarks especially) in technical leadership role and architecting GPU accelerated computing solutions
- Deep understanding of accelerated computing, AI for science, Agentic AI, physical AI and LLM ecosystem of startups, ISVs, data stores, CSP services, and SaaS/platform offers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with deep empathy for developers
- Clear written and oral communication skills with proven track record to articulate value propositions to executive and technical audiences
- Strong project management skills: ability to plan, prioritize, and drive forward multiple projects simultaneously, while engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Extensive knowledge and experience with recent advancements in AI for Science, LLMs, VLMs Agentic AI and Physical AI.
- Passionate about AI and its evolving growth with continuous learning spirit, self-started and driven on focused outcome oriented activities
