About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Understand the high and low level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
- Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard in a timely manner
- Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
- Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Manage complex installations
- Report and escalate all observed problems to proper operational escalation points
- Manage the communication of project’s changes and release notices to customers
- Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely
- Be willing to work irregular hours as required
Requirements
What you’ll need- BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in project delivery management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
- In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers
- Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation/oral skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision
- Experience leading global projects
