Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
15+ overall years of demonstrated ability in a similar or related role
7+ years of management experience
Ability to think strategically, act tactically, and to build consensus to make programs successful
Show experience to creatively resolve technical issues and resource limitations
Thorough understanding of infrastructure engineering principles and systems development life cycles
History of influencing decisions and leading teams in a multi-functional environment
Experience with improving efficiency and enabling automation
Detail oriented with a proven track record of multitasking in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with evolving priorities and changing requirements
Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure engineering
Strong written and verbal communications and technical presentation skills.
