About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the end-to-end delivery of high-quality software releases for host and switch products
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Architecture, and Marketing
- Analyze release data, R&D feature status, and bug metrics
- Facilitate critical release milestones
- Manage simultaneous release tracks across various lifecycles
- Direct bug triage processes
- Monitor cross-team dependencies and escalate risks
- Oversee release branches, builds, and versioning
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of overall experience in software release management or technical project leadership
- Expertise in solving complex problems on-the-fly
- Strong organizational leadership skills
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience with public speaking and technical reporting in English
