About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Work with NVIDIA enterprise customers to resolve sophisticated technical issues
- Own and resolve customer issues during installation, operation, maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams for support processes and improvements
Requirements
What you’ll need- 8+ years providing in-depth customer support and debugging for products
- Knowledge and experience with Linux and Networking (LFCS / RHCSA)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Expertise with data center virtualization (VMWARE, Docker, Kubernetes)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills for issue resolution
- Superb communication and presentation/oral skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize/multi-task
