Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with NVIDIA enterprise customers to resolve sophisticated technical issues
  • Own and resolve customer issues during installation, operation, maintenance
  • Collaborate with internal teams for support processes and improvements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 8+ years providing in-depth customer support and debugging for products
  • Knowledge and experience with Linux and Networking (LFCS / RHCSA)
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Expertise with data center virtualization (VMWARE, Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills for issue resolution
  • Superb communication and presentation/oral skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to prioritize/multi-task
