About the role
- Research, design and develop solutions in the field on network programmability which involves innovative software and hardware
- Craft architectural solutions and participate in proof-of-concept development across modern data center technologies (distributed AI/deep learning, data analytics, HPC, SDN, virtualization, storage)
- Work closely with various groups within NVIDIA to accelerate network programmability technologies
- Perform proof-of-concept and simulation development to evaluate and drive pioneering network programmability technology
- Enhance NVIDIA's future GPU Networking offerings for accelerating AI workloads
Requirements
- Hold a B.Sc., M.Sc. or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 8+ years of industry experience (or equivalent) in system programming or related fields
- Experience in virtualization, networking and storage
- Background in algorithm design, system programming, and computer architecture
- Strong programming and software development skills
- A teammate with a can-do attitude, high energy and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability and flexibility to work and communicate effectively in a multi-national, multi-time-zone corporate environment
- Proven research track record (preferred)
- Experience in network programmability (preferred)
- Experience and passion for system architecture, CPU/GPU/memory/storage (preferred)
- Stellar communication skills (preferred)
