About the role
- Own Metropolis manufacturing programs end-to-end, including milestone tracking and PLC (Product Life Cycle) completion for manufacturing and industrial AI workflow and blueprint
- Drive cross-functional coordination between AI/ML engineering teams, product management, customers and ISV partners
- Build and maintain release schedules, lead status meetings, and continuously improve manufacturing workflows
- Track progress, prioritize issues, and drive them to closure in a timely manner
- Lead partner relationships and technology adoption with Taiwan manufacturing customers
- Define and monitor KPIs across partner deployments and engineering operations
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager or hands-on technical leader.
- B S or above in Engineering or related field.
- Solid understanding of software engineering principles and the product development life cycle.
- Experience improving efficiency and enabling automation.
- Strong communication and technical presentation skills; fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese.
