About the role
- Serve as a technical specialist for desktop workstation GPU products, partnering with sales account managers to secure design wins and support the full product lifecycle from design-in to end-of-life.
- Build and maintain strong technical relationships with customer engineers, architects, and decision-makers at focus accounts, ensuring alignment on requirements and solutions.
- Identify customer architectures and key product needs in gaming and professional visualization markets, providing tailored hardware and software solutions, demos, and system designs.
- Deliver hands-on technical support and training, including onsite troubleshooting, sales enablement, and partner education to drive adoption and success.
- Foster collaboration and communication with internal teams, ensuring seamless execution and alignment across technical and sales functions.
Requirements
- BS or MS in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years in high-tech electronics industry in system design or technical customer support roles, with hands-on hardware design expertise (schematics, board layout, power, thermal, mechanical).
- Strong problem-solving ability, capable of driving technical issues across cross-functional teams and adapting to evolving environments.
- Proven ability to manage time effectively, coordinate multiple priorities, and implement new technologies in complex projects.
- Excellent written and oral English skills for effective interaction with management, engineering teams, and customers.
