About the role
- Ensure manufacturing readiness for CPO products at NV manufacturing partners.
- Collaborate closely with RnD, PE and Operations to ensure robust manufacturing capabilities of CPO products and assure mass production is running smoothly.
- Yield analysis monitoring and drive continued improvement initiatives for NPI production lines.
- Maintain products’ quality by improving test stability, coverage, design and manufacturing process.
- Provide onsite engineering support: technical ownership and support for product or tests issues, test infrastructures and tests setups
Requirements
- BS/MS degree in Optical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Applied Physics and/or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in relevant fields – mass production, wafer or die-stack sort, final test, and data processing & analysis
- Experience in high-speed optical and electrical test and measurement equipment, control, data acquisition and test automation, good knowledge and experience with IC production flow, especially for test & product engineering know how.
- Hands-on HW debug experience with strong problem-solving ability.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills in English.
