About the role
- Support the integration of our latest Network Interface Cards (NICs) with major cloud providers
- Assist with the deployment of new supercomputer technologies and data centers
- Build and maintain customer trust by understanding and addressing their needs
- Collaborate closely with R&D teams to develop and refine features based on customer requirements
- Lead efforts to resolve complex and high-profile customer issues
- Provide constructive feedback to engineering and marketing teams regarding product requirements
Requirements
- BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering / Computer Engineering or related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in hardware development, including high-speed (10 GHz and higher) multilayer PCBs and SI
- Strong networking experience, particularly with NICs and familiarity with Ethernet protocols
- Knowledge of server topology, PCIe protocol, BMC interfaces, and security aspects
- Proven problem-solving skills
- High proficiency in English communication and presentation
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers
