About the role
- Lead a team of production managers monitoring the production of transceivers at our Contract Manufacturer (CM) sites in Thailand.
- Ensure consistency to industry standards and specifications.
- Analyze CMs production lines and process to improve - optimization, efficiency and performance.
- Work with the CM leadership team to ensure build targets are reached and Quality, production and general performance standards are adhered to.
- Develop and maintain operational KPIs and tools, leading the implementation of AI driven solutions to modernize production tracking.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ overall years’ experience in a manufacturing environment in the semiconductor industry, preferably optics based.
- 6+ years of managerial experience.
- Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) with the ability to bridge gaps between CM executives and NVIDIA leadership.
