About the role
- Lead engineering engagement with strategic suppliers for new product introductions and production.
- Define clear monitoring and documentation requirements for consistency and quality.
- Establish comprehensive quality criteria and OQC procedures at suppliers.
- Monitor and analyze supplier yield data and quality performance.
- Collaborate with internal engineering teams to ensure supplier capabilities align with product requirements.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives at suppliers.
- Conduct supplier technical audits and provide mentorship on manufacturing processes.
- Act as the primary technical interface between NVIDIA and suppliers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related technical field.
- 9+ years of experience.
- Proven experience in engineering roles, with focus on supplier management.
- Understanding of complex manufacturing processes.
- Strong background in quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, FMEA, SPC).
- Experience with yield analysis and driving root cause analysis for technical issues.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, leadership skills.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Languages: English and Mandarin.
