Key responsibilities & impact

Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators
Understand high- and low-level technical architecture, facilitate debate, and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
Ensure company requirements are produced to standard promptly
Develop and present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners
Lead complex installations and report and advance observed problems to proper operational partner concern points
Handle communication of project changes and release notices to customers
Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely
Handle projects through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
7+ years of experience in project delivery management
Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment
Good interpersonal skills and ability to work directly with customers
Leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
Communication and presentation/oral skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task with limited supervision
Experience leading global projects
Willingness to work irregular hours as required
PMP Certification is a way to stand out
Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure deployment is a way to stand out
HPC clustering or data-center technologies experience is a way to stand out
