About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You create high-performance creatives for ads (social media, Amazon, Google, etc.)
You design product visualizations, packaging, and marketplace assets (e.g., Amazon listings, A+ Content)
You develop and maintain our brand identity and design guidelines
You work closely with marketing, performance, and product management
You optimize creatives based on data (e.g., CTR, conversion rates, etc.)
You contribute your own ideas and continuously elevate our visual communication
You actively design offline concepts for trade shows, retail and similar channels.

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have initial experience as a graphic designer (ideally in e‑commerce or D2C)
You have a strong sense for branding, aesthetics and performance-driven design
You are proficient with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.)
You understand how design contributes to conversion and brand building
You work in a structured, independent manner and hold yourself to high quality standards
You bring creativity, ownership and a hands-on mentality
You have a residence in Germany
Ideally, you have experience with motion design or video editing
