About the role
- The Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting an enterprise process administration program.
- Develop and maintain a unified enterprise process map.
- Identify and develop solutions to process gaps.
- Work with internal organizations to capture individual process details.
- Monitor adherence to the programmatic requirements.
- Perform analysis and reporting on program status and effectiveness.
- Support development and maintenance of both near-term and long-term enterprise level integrated process road map.
- Coordinate the identification, evaluation, and solution options for process interdependencies.
- Prepare process maps and write supporting documentation.
- Build data management models to track and monitor process metrics and data.
Requirements
- A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree.
- A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working in a process management role is required.
- Industry certifications from Associated of Business Process Management Processionals or equivalent and familiarity with project management processes is preferred.
- Must be able to demonstrate high level communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Must be proficient with technical writing and spreadsheet creation.
- Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple work phases.
- Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
