About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

The Program Analyst will be responsible for supporting an enterprise process administration program.
Develop and maintain a unified enterprise process map.
Identify and develop solutions to process gaps.
Work with internal organizations to capture individual process details.
Monitor adherence to the programmatic requirements.
Perform analysis and reporting on program status and effectiveness.
Support development and maintenance of both near-term and long-term enterprise level integrated process road map.
Coordinate the identification, evaluation, and solution options for process interdependencies.
Prepare process maps and write supporting documentation.
Build data management models to track and monitor process metrics and data.

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of a B.S. or B.A. degree.
A minimum of 5 years of full-time experience working in a process management role is required.
Industry certifications from Associated of Business Process Management Processionals or equivalent and familiarity with project management processes is preferred.
Must be able to demonstrate high level communication, computer, presentation and interpersonal skills.
Must be proficient with technical writing and spreadsheet creation.
Exceptional organization skills and ability to manage complex projects with multiple work phases.
Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810.
