About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Represent the New Projects Organization for functions such as drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a wide range of agreements
Acts as the New Projects Organization representative to support supply chain and commercial team
Represent the New Projects Organization and Coordinates with Legal and Finance departments to minimize risk
Maintains records, manages changes, and handles closeouts, extensions, or renewals of agreements
Makes recommendations on contract matters to Project Managers or operational staff

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of B.S. or B.A. in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field required
Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in procurement and contract management in the nuclear or similar industry required
Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
