About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Represent the New Projects Organization for functions such as drafting, evaluating, negotiating, and executing a wide range of agreements
- Acts as the New Projects Organization representative to support supply chain and commercial team
- Represent the New Projects Organization and Coordinates with Legal and Finance departments to minimize risk
- Maintains records, manages changes, and handles closeouts, extensions, or renewals of agreements
- Makes recommendations on contract matters to Project Managers or operational staff
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of B.S. or B.A. in Supply Chain, Business Management, Finance, Economics, or related field required
- Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in procurement and contract management in the nuclear or similar industry required
- Eligible to work under Department of Energy 10 CFR Part 810
