About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design, develop, and maintain software solutions in Java/Spring and/or .NET within a modern IAM ecosystem, built on a cloud-native, event-driven microservices architecture.
- Write code to extend and customize IAM platforms, including custom authentication flows, extension points, plugins, and API integrations.
- Design and develop REST APIs and backend services to integrate identity and access management capabilities across enterprise applications.
- Contribute to the automation, deployment, and continuous improvement of IAM services through CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation.
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Framework) and/or .NET.
- Experience designing and developing microservices-based and event-driven architectures (REST APIs, containers, message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus).
- Proven experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, with a focus on integrating, extending, or customizing IAM platforms through software development.
- Proven experience working with authentication and identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende, or similar solutions.
- Strong knowledge and practical application of modern authentication and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML.
- Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
- Experience in the authorization domain, including policy modelling and implementation using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or similar technologies will be considered a plus.
