About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions in Java/Spring and/or .NET within a modern IAM ecosystem, built on a cloud-native, event-driven microservices architecture.
Write code to extend and customize IAM platforms, including custom authentication flows, extension points, plugins, and API integrations.
Design and develop REST APIs and backend services to integrate identity and access management capabilities across enterprise applications.
Contribute to the automation, deployment, and continuous improvement of IAM services through CI/CD practices and infrastructure automation.

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 5 years of professional experience in software development, with strong hands-on expertise in Java (Spring Framework) and/or .NET.
Experience designing and developing microservices-based and event-driven architectures (REST APIs, containers, message brokers such as Kafka, RabbitMQ or Azure Service Bus).
Proven experience in the Identity & Access Management (IAM) domain, with a focus on integrating, extending, or customizing IAM platforms through software development.
Proven experience working with authentication and identity platforms such as Okta, Auth0, Keycloak, Entra ID (Azure AD), Duende, or similar solutions.
Strong knowledge and practical application of modern authentication and security protocols, including OAuth 2.0 and/or SAML.
Advanced proficiency in English (C1 level).
Experience in the authorization domain, including policy modelling and implementation using Open Policy Agent (OPA) or similar technologies will be considered a plus.
