About the role
- Design and develop a new reporting framework using .NET 8/9, Blazor, and modern Microsoft technologies
- Participate in full SDLC within a SCRUM/Agile environment
- Analyze and enhance existing complex Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle databases
- Develop scalable, high-performance financial system solutions with seamless Oracle database integration
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including DevOps, to maintain and enhance CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Modernize and streamline legacy projects to align with business goals
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues and optimize performance
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years of experience
- Proficient in .NET 8.0/9.0, Blazor, C#, and Visual Studio
- Experience with Blazor Server and Blazor WSM
- Experience with Entity Framework
- Advanced knowledge of Oracle database management (PL/SQL, stored procedures, performance tuning)
- Experience analyzing and enhancing reports built with Crystal Reports integrated with Oracle
- Advanced proficiency in SAS programming
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and reporting frameworks
- Experience with Bitbucket for version control
- Experience with Nomad and Consul
- Familiarity with Fluent UI
- Experience implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and DevOps automation
- Experience working in SCRUM/Agile environments
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Preferred: Familiarity with JIRA, TEMPO, Confluence and prior Texas State Agency experience
