- Documenting and updating the ticket management/support tools.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Solid experience with the EWM module in implementation and support projects;
- Experience providing customer support as part of support teams;
- Critical and solution-oriented thinking;
- Completed higher education (Bachelor's degree or equivalent);
- Ability to respond quickly and comply with SLAs;
- Experience with demand workflows (scheduling, requirements analysis, estimations, solution proposals, and execution);
- Experience in procurement and logistics processes;
- Knowledge of S/4HANA;
- Participation in S/4HANA projects is desirable;
- Knowledge of Fiori apps is a plus but not mandatory;
- SAP certifications are desirable.
