Key responsibilities & impact

People Leadership: Manage the team lifecycle, defining merit-based salary increases, promotions, and structuring Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
Delivery Hubs Management: Lead technical intelligence hubs focused on training, innovation, asset extraction, and support during critical project phases.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Consulting Background: Proven experience leading technology and professional services teams.
Strong SAP Ecosystem Expertise: Solid technical knowledge of SAP solutions (e.g., S/4HANA, Analytics, or BTP) to support pre-sales and ensure technical quality.
Strategic People Management: Experience making hiring, termination, promotion, and meritocracy decisions.
