About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

**People Leadership:** Manage the team lifecycle, defining merit increases, promotions, and structuring Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
**Delivery Hubs Management:** Lead technical intelligence hubs focused on training, innovation, extracting assets, and providing support during critical project phases.
**Allocation and Onboarding:** Support *Resource Planning* in the strategic allocation of personnel and partner with BPs (Business Partners) to ensure team climate and onboarding.
**Quality and Efficiency:** Ensure the integrity of deliveries through *quality checks* and the use of AI accelerators.

Requirements

What you’ll need

**Consulting Background:** Proven experience leading technology and professional services teams;
**SAP Ecosystem Expertise:** Solid technical knowledge of SAP solutions (such as S/4HANA, Analytics, or BTP) to support pre-sales and ensure technical quality;
**Strategic People Management:** Experience in hiring, terminations, promotions, and merit-based decisions;
Bachelor's degree or higher;
Preferred: Advanced English proficiency.
