Listening and understanding customer needs
Drafting proposals for customer acquisition and loyalty
Assisting in the creation, execution, and monitoring of client accounts
Monitoring online viral campaigns and eCRM programs
Preparing and presenting campaign results
Conducting studies on internet user profiles and behavior
Managing client relationships
Content writing, localization, and translation

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong communication skills
An interest in marketing
Knowledge of and strong interest in the digital industry
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
Fluent in English and Romanian (written and spoken)
Bonus: knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Campaign, and/or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
