About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and govern the Code of Conduct
- Conduct Anti-Corruption and Anti-Bribery Assessments
- Perform Third-Party Anti-Corruption Due Diligence for vendors and partners
- Manage conflicts of interest
- Review Conduct Risk policies
- Develop, implement, and monitor Conduct Risk communications and training programs
- Plan, build, and execute monitoring activities and tests
- Manage the Integrity Program and support Nubankers across all geographies where Nubank operates
- Monitor regulatory changes and best practices related to the Integrity Program
- Create and present internal and regulatory Integrity Program reports
- Implement and track Integrity Program action plans
- Advise internal employees and external audit audiences on Code of Conduct matters
- Interact with multiple teams, influence decisions strategically, and engage stakeholders in Program compliance
- Drive continuous improvement of the Integrity Program
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience structuring, implementing, or managing Integrity and Ethical Compliance Programs, preferably in financial or technology sectors
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships across all organizational levels
- Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
- Ability to structure analysis, participate in business decisions, and navigate different Nubank domains/environments
- Experience in project management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to translate complex issues for technical and non-technical audiences at all levels
- Mastery and practical application of Brazilian Anti-Corruption Act (Law No. 12,846/2013), FCPA, and UK Bribery Act
- Familiarity with UNCAC, OECD, and OAS treaties and conventions
- Advanced English (mandatory)
- Spanish is a plus
- Compliance certifications such as CCEP-I are a plus
