About the role

  • Defining the product and segment strategy, leading new product discoveries (credit card, lending, crypto, investments), and shaping the long-term strategic roadmaps.
  • Translating insights into clear product requirements, and partnering with engineering to deliver a highly interactive and intuitive core app experience.
  • Driving experimentation across the customer lifecycle to identify what drives adoption, engagement, and retention.
  • Benchmarking the competitive landscape to identify opportunities and best practices that elevate our product.
  • Analyzing unit economics and business impact to guide prioritization and strategic decision-making.
  • Leading the rewards strategy and identifying synergies across the product bundle to drive user value.

Requirements

  • Expertise in product strategy, market research, and roadmap development.
  • Ability to gather requirements and translate user needs into product specifications.
  • Proficient in data analysis, KPI definition, and using analytics tools.
  • Strong technical understanding and communication with engineering teams.
