About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide shop and classroom instruction on CNC machine installation, calibration, troubleshooting, and repair
Teach assigned classes in full compliance with NTT and client policies, tailoring delivery to varied learner backgrounds and skill levels
Remain current in subject matter through professional development and contribute suggestions for program improvement and growth
Follow all company policies and procedures and perform additional professional duties that support high-quality instruction

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of seven (7) years of combined experience as a CNC Field Service Engineer or equivalent
Strong mechanical and electrical background in CNC machine repair, including servo systems, drives, wiring, hydraulics, and calibration
Demonstrated expertise in tooling selection, geometric dimensioning and tolerancing, fixture design, and high-speed machining of aluminum, titanium, and/or Inconel
Proficiency with FANUC controllers for both programming and service diagnostics
Strong public-speaking ability and classroom-management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to learners of all experience levels
Willingness and ability to travel throughout the United States by air and automobile, functioning independently while on assignment
Computer literacy in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and standard office-productivity tools
