About the role
- Design thoughtful UI/UX for digital platforms including websites and mobile applications
- Explore ideas, brainstorm solutions, and translate product goals and user needs into meaningful experiences
- Work closely with PMs, developers, strategists, and clients to bring ideas to life
- Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity prototypes grounded in research and usability thinking
- Share design progress, insights, and rationale with stakeholders clearly and confidently
- Participate in research, testing, and validation to continuously improve the product experience
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Product Design / UI–UX Design
- A strong portfolio with real case studies—we’re interested in how you think , not just final screens
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail, with the ability to balance aesthetics and usability
- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Framer, and AI-assisted design tools (e.g. Lovable)
- Comfortable thinking end-to-end—from information architecture to visual polish
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate ideas clearly
- Curious, proactive, and open to feedback (we value both confidence and humility)
- Strong storytelling skills when presenting your work and design decisions
