About the role

  • Strategic account management and customer development, as well as acquisition of new projects
  • Support ongoing projects and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Preparing cost estimates and proposals, and presenting proposals to customers
  • Reviewing and negotiating sales-related contract terms
  • Conducting price negotiations with customers
  • Preparing business metrics and reporting
  • Active participation in the budgeting and planning process

Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Railway Engineering, Communications Engineering, Computer Science, or an equivalent qualification
  • Project experience in safety-critical areas such as automotive, industrial, railway and signaling technology, and other industries
  • Experience in functional safety and electronic hardware development is an advantage
  • Experience in sales or key account management in the automotive, industrial, or railway sectors
  • Business-fluent German and English (written and spoken) and willingness to travel
  • Self-initiative, target-oriented work style, and strong communication skills
  • High commitment, flexibility and loyalty combined with cooperation and team-player mindset
