About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Supervise individuals on community-based orders
- Guide rehabilitation and ensure accountability
- Assess individual needs and risks

- Travel to and work across rural and remote communities

Requirements
What you’ll need- Obtain Certificate IV in Correctional Practice within 24 months of employment and within 12 months of commencing training
- Current driver’s licence
- Willingness/ability to drive within NSW
- Ability to complete a mandatory four-week, in-person, paid training program at Brush Farm Academy
- Clear communication
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Integrity, resilience, and sound judgment
- Cultural awareness, especially with Aboriginal and CALD communities
- Confidence handling tough situations with empathy
- Strong commitment to growth and community safety
- Cover letter maximum 2 pages
