About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Work with solicitors in Criminal, Family or Civil law
  • Contribute to real matters that shape people’s lives
  • Participate in 28 offices across metropolitan, regional and remote NSW
  • Utilize up to 60 days of flexible and paid placement while studying
  • Collaborate with a supportive team and Aboriginal Services Branch

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
  • Be studying Law in university
  • Willing to do a Criminal Record Check and Working with Children Check
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander histories and cultures is highly desirable
  • Prospective applicants in Year 12 intending to enrol in university may apply for a cadetship
