About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide hands-on technical support and contribute to the successful rollout of new devices across the organisation.
Support deployment of new devices to users
Assist with rollout of Windows 11 hardware and EUC initiatives
Deliver timely and high-quality technical support to user enquiries
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in collaboration with support teams
Conduct testing of system updates, fixes, and enhancements
Maintain accurate records using systems such as ServiceNow and asset registers
Provide both onsite and remote support to stakeholders.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in desktop support or service desk environments
Exposure to project delivery or rollout activities
Willingness to travel across deployment sites
Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and business users
Ability to work independently and within a team
Positive, proactive, and solution-focused approach.
