About the role

  • Work on designing and evolving the user experience, ensuring intuitive, functional solutions aligned with business objectives.
  • Conduct user research such as interviews, usability tests and feedback analysis, turning insights into product improvements.
  • Create navigation flows, wireframes and prototypes, exploring different solutions before finalization.
  • Develop consistent visual interfaces, adhering to design system standards, accessibility and usability best practices.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers, ensuring technical feasibility and alignment with product requirements.
  • Validate design solutions with users and stakeholders, iterating based on data, tests and experience metrics.
  • Document design decisions and adopted patterns, contributing to the evolution and maintenance of the design system.
  • Monitor the implementation of solutions, ensuring fidelity to the design and quality of the final experience.
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in the product experience, considering usability, operational efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Communications, Information Systems or related fields.
  • Hands-on experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer or UI Designer, working on digital product design.
  • Mastery of the user-centered design process, including research, problem definition, ideation, prototyping and validation.
  • Experience creating flows, wireframes and navigable prototypes using design tools (e.g., Figma or similar).
  • Ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional design solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams, especially product and development.
  • Knowledge of usability, accessibility and interface design principles.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, conveying design solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Experience with B2B digital products or enterprise systems, involving complex flows and large volumes of information.
  • Experience with usability testing and continuous user research, using qualitative and quantitative methods.
