About the role

  • Assess the company's current financial position and set projected objectives to be achieved, taking into account external macroeconomic and market conditions.
  • Implement core financial processes and standardized report templates/topologies.
  • Support the integration of the business through regular rituals and routines, the business cycle, and financial statements (primarily P&L).
  • Execute key financial planning processes such as month-end closing and forecasts (short- and medium-term).
  • Support leadership (financial and non-financial) in decision-making.
  • Monitor key financial indicators and area targets, including OKRs and KPIs.
  • Lead the new budgeting cycle together with the treasurer, reviewing strategic plans and understanding the business's specific characteristics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering.
  • Knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting.
  • Experience in business analysis and financial analysis, including budgeting and forecasting.
  • Strong ability to understand business performance and provide insights to leaders in operations, finance, and commercial/sales.
  • Knowledge of Financial Modeling.
  • Advanced Office 365 skills (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience working with the TOTVS system.
  • Familiarity with Power BI.
  • Familiarity with Python.
  • Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, MySQL, etc.).
