About the role
- Act directly in sales of the course platform, content learning paths, and event ticketing.
- Actively prospect new B2B clients, with a focus on the logistics segment.
- Update the HubSpot CRM daily, ensuring control and visibility of the pipeline.
- Monitor the progress of deals generated, from prospecting through to closing.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close sales.
- Build and develop customer relationships by understanding their needs and pain points.
- Schedule and conduct sales meetings (online and/or in person).
- Maintain sales control spreadsheets and performance indicators.
- Manage short-, mid- and long-term targets.
- Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the commercial team's objectives.
Requirements
- Hunter profile with a strong results orientation and focus on closing deals.
- Previous experience in B2B sales and active prospecting is required.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, and ability to build client relationships.
- Organized and disciplined in managing the sales pipeline and tracking targets.
- Experience with CRM systems is required; experience with HubSpot is a plus.
- Experience selling services, platforms, or educational solutions is a plus.
- Experience in the logistics sector is a plus.
