About the role
- Perform functional, regression, and validation testing on systems and new features;
- Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases;
- Identify, report, track, and verify the resolution of bugs and defects;
- Support the development team in validating implemented fixes;
- Ensure deliveries comply with functional and business requirements;
- Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes;
- Diagnose and resolve first- and second-level technical issues;
- Log, monitor, and follow up on incidents and requests;
- Escalate more complex incidents to the appropriate teams when necessary.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
- Experience creating and executing test scenarios and test cases;
- Knowledge of regression testing;
- Experience with API testing;
- Experience with Azure DevOps for managing tests, bugs, and activities.
- Preferred:
- Previous experience with automated testing.
