About the role

  • Perform functional, regression, and validation testing on systems and new features;
  • Design, execute, and maintain test scenarios and test cases;
  • Identify, report, track, and verify the resolution of bugs and defects;
  • Support the development team in validating implemented fixes;
  • Ensure deliveries comply with functional and business requirements;
  • Actively contribute to the continuous improvement of quality processes;
  • Diagnose and resolve first- and second-level technical issues;
  • Log, monitor, and follow up on incidents and requests;
  • Escalate more complex incidents to the appropriate teams when necessary.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field;
  • Experience creating and executing test scenarios and test cases;
  • Knowledge of regression testing;
  • Experience with API testing;
  • Experience with Azure DevOps for managing tests, bugs, and activities.
  • Preferred:
  • Previous experience with automated testing.
