About the role

  • Lead the full budgeting cycle for the towers (BDG), including building, reviewing, consolidating and defending the numbers with leadership.
  • Ensure strategic alignment between CEOs, financial heads and the corporate FP&A team.
  • Translate operational plans into robust financial models covering revenue, headcount (HC), costs and margins.
  • Develop financial scenarios (base, optimistic and conservative), as well as sensitivity analyses to support decision-making.
  • Analyze business performance, identifying variances, opportunities and risks, and generate strategic insights for Operations, Finance and Commercial teams.
  • Support the budgeting, forecasting and financial results monitoring processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering or related fields;
  • Strong knowledge of Corporate Finance and Accounting;
  • Experience in financial and business analysis, including budgeting and forecasting;
  • Analytical ability to understand business performance and convert data into actionable insights for leadership;
  • Experience with financial modeling;
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of Power Query;
  • Knowledge of databases (SQL Server, MySQL or similar);
  • Availability to work in a hybrid model, 2 days per week on-site at Cidade Jardim, São Paulo/SP;
  • Experience with Power BI;
  • Basic programming knowledge in Python.
