About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own nShift's operational relationship with carrier partners, applying the right level of proactive attention based on customer impact.
Lead the adoption of AI and automation to make carrier integration faster and more scalable.
Own end-to-end delivery coordination for carrier work across the team and Engineering, including dependencies, timelines and release readiness.
Lead, coach and develop the team leads and their teams across integration delivery and carrier partnerships.
Set clear triage boundaries with Support, Professional Services and Sales so specialists focus on genuine carrier work.

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years experience leading a technical integration, platform, or partner/carrier management function, ideally in SaaS, e-commerce or logistics technology.
Track record leading teams through operating-model change or automation-driven transformation.
Experience navigating senior leadership environments, internally and externally, influencing executive stakeholders, and translating complex operational issues into clear business decisions.
Experience owning a partner or vendor relationship function, including tiered relationship management.
Working knowledge of carrier or logistics connectivity concepts, sufficient to make credible calls alongside engineering and product — deep hands-on integration experience is an advantage but not required.
Experience coordinating delivery across multiple engineering teams.
