Key responsibilities & impact- Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone and email

Requirements
What you’ll need- Customer service experience
- Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory
- Fluency in Swedish (bonus)
- Experience working in logistics/SaaS company (bonus)
- An interest in IT (bonus)
- Knowledge of other languages (bonus)
- Extensive communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive and team-oriented attitude
- Structured, organized and independent
- An ambitious and commercially driven person with a strong interest in customer service
- Experience and interest in understanding customers, partners, and software product features
- Strong tolerance for and ability to focus and execute in a changing environment
- Good ability to work under pressure with high energy and resilience
