About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide technical support to customers and partners via phone and email
  • Provide basic training to customers and colleagues

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Customer service experience
  • Fluency in Danish and English is mandatory
  • Fluency in Swedish (bonus)
  • Experience working in logistics/SaaS company (bonus)
  • An interest in IT (bonus)
  • Knowledge of other languages (bonus)
  • Extensive communication and interpersonal skills
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Structured, organized and independent
  • An ambitious and commercially driven person with a strong interest in customer service
  • Experience and interest in understanding customers, partners, and software product features
  • Strong tolerance for and ability to focus and execute in a changing environment
  • Good ability to work under pressure with high energy and resilience
