About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and own the social media strategy
- Build and maintain the content calendar
- Produce original, engaging social content
- Write clear, engaging, on-brand copy
- Design social assets in Canva
- Manage all social channels and ratings platforms
- Develop and maintain a KPI framework
- Communicate with and coach colleagues on social best practices
- Work closely with performance marketing, regional, sales, and partnership teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years of social media management experience
- Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and AI prompting skills
- Hands-on Canva proficiency
- Ability to script, shoot, and edit video independently
- Strong organisational skills
- Experience with Wrike or comparable project management tool
- Experience with a social media management and listening platform (Sprinklr, Hootsuite, Sprout, or equivalent)
- Strong brand instincts and governance experience
- Active user of AI tools
- A portfolio demonstrating original content and creative output across social channels
