About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide guidance and support related to system architecture and system processes with the interoperability between ESCO and EURES/Europass
Definition of a strategy to gain efficiency in IT operations for the Project
Preparation and maintenance of Architecture design and technical documentation
Coordination and review of current system processes
Participate in workshops and meetings with external stakeholders
Assistance with the evaluation of systems to find out discrepancies and vulnerabilities
Interaction with the business analysts, customer, users, project leaders and the developers
Analysis of the integration of different information systems
Data analysis and data modelling
Coordination of the implementation of the technical architecture
Technical interface between the project leaders and the developers
Production of software architecture documents
Participation in technical working groups, progress meetings and meetings with the users
Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting
Creating designs and blueprints of Cloud Architecture
Review of the architecture of existing systems to migrate of existing system in the cloud
Design and development of architecture components and building blocks using cloud components.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
10 years of IT experience, preferably in software development with Java.
Experience with Semantic Web Stack: RDF/OWL processing with Apache Jena, SPARQL, triple stores (GraphDB, Apache Fuseki), and semantic reasoning engines.
At least 10 years of experience with Microsoft office tools.
Practical expertise in system vulnerability assessment.
Good knowledge of microservices and architecture in the cloud.
Cloud and Enterprise architecture certification will be a plus.
Knowledge of Enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF and Cobit.
Experience/knowledge of Archimate.
AI and Machine Learning Integration, architecture governance framework and MLOps.
Ability to react to unexpected events efficiently and fast.
Ability to give business and technical presentations.
