About the role
- Implement standards, methods and classifications for the production of comparable, reliable and relevant data
- Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and develop functional specifications for IPT and EGR applications
- Perform testing for IPT and EGR applications
- Support profiling process activities and quality assurance, addressing production team and stakeholder requirements (particularly from Member State production teams)
- Prepare and update dashboards in data visualization tools like Power BI to convey information to stakeholders
Requirements
- University degree (BSc/MSc)
- Minimum of 5 years of specific expertise in IT business analysis
- Minimum of 10 years of specific expertise in Oracle / SQL
- Basic knowledge of Power BI
- Minimum of 5 years of specific expertise in application support / testing in the field of official statistical production
- Oracle / SQL certification
- English C1
- French B2 is a bonus
- Must be based in the area of Luxembourg (~2 hours by ground transportation) or ready to relocate
- Ability to work in hybrid mode (1-3 times weekly in the office)
