About the role
- Build and scale backend services with Python (FastAPI).
- Design and manage data models, migrations, and storage (PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Implement and maintain distributed background jobs.
- Develop modern frontend components with React/TypeScript.
- Own features end-to-end: design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
- Integrate third-party APIs into internal systems.
- Contribute directly to product and culture in a flat, agile team.
Requirements
- Have real-world experience shipping scalable backend and frontend systems.
- Are comfortable across the Python backend stack: REST/WebSockets, DB design, management, migrations (PostgreSQL, Redis, ORMs), distributed jobs.
- Write modern frontend: React (or similar), HTML/CSS, TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Are passionate about writing clean and pragmatic code.
- Think in product outcomes, not just tickets—love fast feedback loops.
- Work autonomously, communicate crisply, and raise the bar for the team.
- Are based in Spain.
