About the role

  • Perform office accounting routines with technical autonomy and actively participate in process improvement, workflow standardization, routine automation, and the use of technology
  • Classify, post, and reconcile accounting entries
  • Prepare and review financial statements
  • Support the monthly accounting close
  • Analyze and submit ECD and ECF filings (for companies under the 'Lucro Presumido' tax regime)
  • Provide accounting support and service to clients
  • Participate in creating, reviewing, and improving accounting processes and workflows
  • Assist with automation of routines and use of technological tools
  • Organize documents and manage accounting deadlines

Requirements

  • Solid experience in accounting office routines
  • Currently enrolled in or graduated from an Accounting degree program
  • Intermediate to advanced knowledge of accounting routines
  • Intermediate-level Excel skills
  • Analytical, organized, proactive profile with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Experience with SIEG, UNECONT, GClick (Processes), and SCI Único Visual systems
