About the role
- Carry out employee onboarding and termination processes
- Prepare and verify payroll
- Manage employee time and attendance records
- Calculate vacation pay and termination settlements
- Assist employees with questions regarding benefits and labor rights
- Keep employee records up to date
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field
- Previous experience with personnel/HR routines
- Knowledge of labor and social security legislation
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly and objectively
- Proficiency with payroll systems
- Experience with SCI, GLICK, Solides and Tangerino systems
